MOSS VALE, NSW – Australian industrial builder Akura has successfully completed a purpose-built warehouse and office facility for Obex Australia, highlighting the strength of modern precast and steel construction in delivering scalable, high-performance industrial assets.
Delivered at 6 Red Fields Road in Moss Vale, the project spans 2,119 sqm and was completed approximately eight weeks ahead of schedule under a fully integrated design and construct model.
The facility combines full-height precast concrete construction with structural steel elements, enabling enhanced durability, operational efficiency and long-term performance—key advantages driving increased demand for precast and steel construction across Australia’s industrial sector.
Akura managed the project end-to-end, including design, approvals, manufacturing and construction, ensuring consistency and streamlined delivery throughout.
