Three drive configurations are offered: fixed speed helical in-line, fixed speed helical bevel right angle, and variable speed helical in-line with a mechanical variator. These options allow operators to match throughput speed precisely to material weight and density. Standard 6-foot and 12-foot pre-built modules are delivered fully assembled and can be coupled on-site to reach the required conveyor length without specialist equipment. Extension modules in 6-foot and 12-foot increments allow field crews to adjust runs efficiently as project requirements evolve.

Three Independent Emergency Shutdown Systems and 360° Discharge Control

Safety is a core design principle across every PSI conveyor system. Each unit includes three independent ATEX/IECex-certified emergency shutdown devices. Top-mounted safety grates in solid steel plate or GRP grating, remote stop switches, and strobe and alarm horn options provide additional layers of protection for hazardous-area classifications. For zero-discharge applications, the PSI 360° pivoting conveyor boom enables crews to direct material to any point within a full rotational radius with precision and minimal spillage risk.
