The NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents list is published annually by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and is widely regarded as the most prestigious recognition of Latino real estate excellence in the country. The award honors top-producing agents and team leads based on residential closed transaction sides and sales volume, covering homes with four or fewer units. Eligibility is limited to practicing agents who are at least 25% Hispanic or Latino by origin, with nominations submitted through a broker-affirmed process.
