BENTON, Ark., September 03, 2026 — CTS Services, Inc. is marking 13 years in business, celebrating its growth from a Benton startup in 2013 into a one-vendor industrial and environmental contractor serving all of Arkansas and surrounding states.
Founded by owner Chad Slaughter, the company built its reputation on a simple promise: one call handles the entire job. Today that promise covers hydro excavation, industrial vacuum truck services, hydroblasting, tank cleaning, confined space rescue and sewage cleanup, all delivered by one team dispatched from the company’s Benton headquarters.
The one-vendor model removes the coordination burden that slows down industrial projects. Instead of scheduling separate contractors for vacuum work, cleaning and rescue standby, facility managers, utilities and municipalities work with a single partner that self-performs every scope. The company’s fleet includes dry vacuum trucks rated up to 6,000 cfm, liquid-ring trucks up to 4,000 cfm and tankers up to 6,000 gallons, supported by a management team with more than 75 years of combined industry experience.
“When we started in 2013, most plants needed three or four contractors to get through a turnaround,” said Chad Slaughter, owner of CTS Services. “We built CTS so a facility manager makes one call and the whole job gets handled, from vacuum trucks to tank cleaning to confined space rescue. Thirteen years later, that is still why customers call us back.”
Over the years the company has supported plant shutdowns and turnarounds, emergency spill response for industrial clients, municipal infrastructure work and utility projects across the region, earning repeat business from industrial facilities, pipeline operators and general contractors throughout Arkansas and its neighboring states.
