MACCO Restructuring Group Expands National Team with Senior Leadership and Financial Advisory Hires

MACCO Restructuring Group, an award-winning national business restructuring and financial advisory firm, today announced the addition of four professionals to its growing team, reinforcing the firm’s expanding reach across new markets and deepening its operational and financial advisory capabilities. Shay Corcia joins as Managing Director in Florida, Ted Jeude as Managing Director in Houston, and Ryan Mader and Steven Reeves as Financial Analysts in Houston.

“MACCO was built to serve the middle market with senior professionals who’ve held the chair. These additions reflect the demand we’re seeing from clients, lenders, and counsel for experienced operators who move fast and deliver results,” said Drew McManigle, Founder and CEO of MACCO. “Shay and Ted each bring decades of hands-on turnaround leadership, and Ryan and Steven strengthen our financial advisory bench with the kind of analytical depth that distressed situations demand.
